De NCP690, NCP691, NCP692 CMOS LDO-familie levert 1 A uitgangsstroom met verbeterde ESD in zowel vaste spanningsopties als een verstelbare uitgangsspanning van 5,0 V tot 1,25 V.Dit apparaat is ontworpen voor ruimtebeperkte en draagbare batterij aangedreven toepassingen en biedt extra functies zoals hoge PSRR, laag stilstands- en grondstroomverbruik, geringe geluidsdruk, kortsluiting en thermische bescherming.Het apparaat is ontworpen om te worden gebruikt met goedkope keramische condensatoren en is verpakt in de 6−Lead DFN3x3 verpakking.
