De LTC®1550L/LTC1551L zijn geschakelde condensatorladingspompspanningsomvormers die interne lineaire postregulatoren bevatten om de uitgangsgolf te minimaliseren.De LTC1550L-versies met vaste uitgangsspanning bevatten 4De LTC1550L is ook verkrijgbaar in een verstelbare uitgangsspanningsversie.De LTC1550L/LTC1551L zijn ideaal voor gebruik als biasspanningsgeneratoren voor GaAs-zender FET's in draagbare RF- en mobiele telefoontoepassingen.
