De MAX6701®MAX6708 microprocessor (μP) supervisiecircuits verminderen de complexiteit en de componenten die nodig zijn voor het monitoren van stroomtoevoerfuncties in μP-systemen.Deze apparaten verbeteren de betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid van het systeem aanzienlijk in vergelijking met afzonderlijke IC's of discrete componenten. De MAX6701® MAX6708-familie biedt vier functies: een reset-uitgang tijdens het opstarten, uitschakelen en uitvallen;een onafhankelijke watchdog-uitgang die laag wordt als de watchdog-invoer niet binnen 1.6s; een drempeldetector van 0,62 V voor het waarschuwen voor stroomstoring; en een handmatige reset-invoer voor actieve laagspanning.
