Deze apparaten combineren vier populaire functies, Power-on Reset Control, Watchdog Timer, Supply Voltage Supervision en Block Lock Protect Serial EEPROM Memory in één pakket.Deze combinatie verlaagt de systeemkosten, vermindert de ruimtebehoefte van het bord en verhoogt de betrouwbaarheid.
