Triple-spanningsmonitor met instelbare power-on-reset en onderspannings-/overspanningsmonitoring
De ISL88021- en ISL88022-toestellenfamilie zijn aanpasbare drievoudige spanningsbewakingsbewakers die een reset beweren als een van de gecontroleerde spanningen niet conform wordt.Ze bieden populaire functies zoals Power-On-Reset timing control met zowel RESET als RESET uitgangen, Supply Voltage Supervision, zowel onder als overspanningsdetectie, en Manual Reset assertion. Door deze functies aan te bieden in een klein 8 Ld MSOP pakket, kunnen de ISL88021 en ISL88022 de systeemkosten verlagen,de vereisten voor ruimte aan boord verminderen en de betrouwbaarheid van de systemen vergroten.
