■Algemene beschrijving
De XC6801-serie is een lineair ladersysteem met constante stroom/constante spanning voor eencellige lithium-ionbatterijen.bevat een referentie-spanningsbron, batterijspanningsmonitor, stuurtransistor, constantstroom/constante spanning oplaadcircuit,het oververhittingssysteem en het fasecompensatie-systeem. De spanning bij het afsluiten van de batterijlading is intern ingesteld op 4,2 V±00,7% en de druppelladingspanning en nauwkeurigheid is 2,9V±In de druppelladingsmodus is een veilige batterijlading mogelijk.De batterij is niet volledig opgeladen, omdat slechts ongeveer 1/10 van de volle ladingstroom aan de batterij wordt geleverd.een nauwkeurige ladingstroom van 100mA (MAX.) voor L-invoer naar de LIM-pin of 500mA (MAX.) voor H-niveau, de serie is ideaalDe serie laadstatusuitgangspin, /CHG pin, is in staat om de ICs te controlerenlaadtoestand via aansluiting op een externe LED.
